Yes. Saturday appointments are available at the same price, and Sunday mornings on request.

Pick "Not sure" during booking. You are booked at the $139 wall rate, and if we find a roof vent we confirm the $199 roof rate with you before starting. Our booking form also shows animated illustrations to help you identify it.

Yes. You get a confirmation immediately, a reminder the evening before, and a text when the technician is on the way.

Remove items on top of and in front of the dryer, make sure the laundry room path is clear, and let us know about gates or dogs. For roof vents, keep the ladder area clear of cars.

Yes. Enter the service address and the on-site contact's name and phone in the booking form. We text the on-site contact when we are on the way and send the receipt to you.
